Established in 2005, Land Developers Consortium, LLC (LDC) serves Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach Counties. Founded by former Palm Beach County Land Planners, LDC offers comprehensive land planning, design, consulting, and construction services. RUEL MILES

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Ruel has over thirty five (35) years of experience in educational, residential, commercial, transportation and municipal construction in the South Florida region. He has fully managed design build construction projects, as well as renovation of over seventy (70) educational facilities throughout the state of Florida. His extensive experiences ranges from a subcontractor performing flooring, interior build out, site improvement to role of prime General Contractor and Construction Manager.

MORENA MILES

ACCOUNTANT

Morena Miles is a Public Accountant with over two decades of accounting and management experience. Morena is known for her attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines, especially in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Morena’s ability to handle project budgets, cost estimation, and financial reporting ensures projects remain profitable and within financial limits. As the Accounting Manager, Morena is responsible for all aspects of the accounting and financial functions of LDC as a member of the executive team.

David Hughes

David Hughes

Project Manager
David has over 30 years of construction and leadership experience in commercial, residential, educational, hospitality, municipality and facility construction in both South Florida and other states.  David has managed projects from $5,000 to over 6 million and now over 22 million dollars school renovation. His experience ranges from a subcontractor that specializes in complete interior built-outs to structural ground up construction, to multi-level construction as a contractor. His Extensive knowledge in both construction and leadership allows Him to be an effective Manager.
O'shane Nelson

O'shane Nelson

Senior Project Manager
Highly motivated and results-oriented professional with a proven track record at Land Developers Consortium, having worked on several large-scale projects with the Palm Beach School District, Broward County School District, and the City of Pompano Beach. His experience spans managing projects through various phases of preconstruction and construction, ensuring seamless communication and coordination among subcontractors, owners, architects, and engineers, with everyone having access to the necessary information. O'Shane excels at driving project success through effective oversight and progress management, maintaining OSHA compliance, and delivering client satisfaction. Skilled in Microsoft Office, Procore, and Bluebeam, he will bring a strong sense of enthusiasm and commitment to every project.

Superintendent
Alberto has several years of experience in the construction field, where he gained hands-on knowledge and skills. Additionally, he holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, which has provided him with a solid technical foundation and a strong understanding of engineering principles. His background combines practical construction experience with academic expertise, making him well-equipped to handle complex challenges in various projects.
